Based on my research of different chocolate and biscuit bars I sketched up a few ideas of how these would be developed into a usb stick:

I have not produced exploded versions of each design as they would all be done in a similar way and I will explore this further later.
I have decided to focus on the multi-segment chocolate bar as
I like the idea of using one of the segments as a lid for the usb
stick.
I am as yet undecided as to whether to use the
old style foil and paper wrapper as in the picture or the new type
plasticised foil wrapper. I intended to experiment with sublimating onto
plasticised foil and make my decision based on the quality I am able to
achieve with each method.
