I wanted to use the CNC process for part of my display stand so I came up with a fairly simple idea using the design from my wrapper and continuing the 'bubble' theme.
I firstly adapted the wrapper design to create a base for my stand by sublimating the modified design onto white acrylic as shown below:

I then created some 3D bubbles in Creo to act as a stand for my packaged usb stick:

I went on to create this in 'blue foam' on the 3D router by cutting the design in half vertically and then rejoining the two halves after machining.
